From the only marketing person to building a full marketing team, I built Hone’s marketing program from seed-stage startup through their $30M Series B.- Using 1st party research, industry research, customer interviews, and industry experts I led the initiative to develop and validate our category and brand position.- 5x year over year growth in customer acquisition by scaling lead generation through search programs, SEO optimization, live events, affiliate programs, and dramatic improvements to conversion rate.- 2x year over year organic traffic growth through Hone's content marketing programs, which included webinars, ebooks, and 1st party research.- Built and managed a cross-functional marketing team of 12 members that encompassed communications, design, digital marketing, product marketing, and sales operations.- Developed predictible pipeline models using CRM data and analytics tools to stay ahead of pipeline needs for future quarters.Headed up Sales Operations by implementing and administered sales tools, reporting, and marketing automation programs. A large percentage of Hone’s leads directly schedule a demo with sales.- Rebuilt and optimized the Hone website, earning design awards and resulting in a 1.9x improvement to conversion rates.
