Learned how to thrive in fast industries including FMCG. The biggest takeaway from the position was liaising with stakeholders, understanding stakeholders’ emotional intelligence, and adapting accordingly to the situation. My tenure saw excellent changes in the firm from the innovative installation of the equipment to the relocation and re-engineering of already existing equipment. Specifically dealt, and lead teams in dispatch and understood the working mechanism for the supply chain for Woolworth throughout South Island. Designed schedules and worked with Reclaims, Systems, and Inventory, Ran reports and collated information. Understood the operational values of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other management software. My operational and behavioral attributes led the management to shift me through different departments for my professional grooming. For around 2 years I worked in all departments and got to know the nitty-gritty of Warehousing and dispatching and Inventory.Takeaway:My Ph.D. studies helped me understand that I’ve now grip over Resource Allocation, project management, Data analysis, Policymaking, and technical write-ups.This gave me a boost to understand my personal Values, Norms, and Work Ethics to move up the hierarchical ladder.

During my Masters Degree, I got a chance to leverage my studies and reflect back to society via innovation. I did High-level strategic planning by analyzing large datasets to Plan, Design, Implement and Execute 2 product Launches and building the ground for coming 5 products.Executed the launches based on my Pharmaceutical experience. Takeaway: The biggest takeaway was learning Legislation and Regulations and manoeuvring the product development phases. A part of learning introduced me to the trading and business development through research and development.
