Responsible for managing the Salesforce team at WatchGuard, including architecture, design, code review and management of Salesforce as a whole. This Salesforce implementation includes 500 internal users and a community of over 300,000 customer and partners using our customized site within Salesforce.Ensured the team is always using best practices as well as implementing the right solution for the requirement. Also made sure we properly supported our internal customers ongoing use of Salesforce.
