In Supply Chain operations I held roles as the General Manager in both a highly automated eCommerce Fulfillment Center and a Regional Distribution Center. In my current role, I lead the Asset Protection team for Walmart's Ambient Supply Chain network, which is comprised of over 60 Distribution Centers across the United States.I am passionate about leadership and this is my greatest strength. In my role as a General Manager I was asked to create an associate retention and engagement strategy for the entire ambient supply chain distribution center network aimed at helping increase both retention and engagement within the facilities. I delivered this strategy and conducted leadership training in over 20 distribution centers. In addition, while serving as the General Manager in the Mt.
