SR. Industrial Recruiter/Branch Manager  I was responsible for developing and initiating the most effective and innovative recruitment sources and initiatives for attracting and retaining the best-qualified candidates. I reviewed and evaluated candidate’s applications and/or resumes in terms of related experience, education and skill, rejecting those not meeting the minimum qualifications on the approved job description. Identified high need and difficult to fill positions.  Administered Recruitment contingent and retained vendor process.  Met with and assessed the needs for these areas on a consistent basis. Strategized with operational, clinical and HR about sources and strategies to attract applicants for high need areas.  Identified and analyzed turnover trends, Developed the appropriate relationships with schools, members of professional organizations and community members that could be referral sources. Networked with the existing professionals in the areas to find additional applicants.  Proactively built and created candidate pipelines; tracked individuals with these skill sets to network for future opportunities.  Completed training for interview skills, sourcing and tracking candidates when needed.  Researched new and creative cost-effective candidate sources for niche areas. Maintained confidentiality of all information received within the guidelines of professional recruitment in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.Represented at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, UPMC sponsored events, etc.), providing the public with information about TPI and their career opportunities.Complied, analyzed and prepared reports on the computer and worked on special projects as requested.  Advised on and coordinated targeted recruitment events.  Function as an internal search firm recruiter by performing specific recruitment searches.
