I led the design, launch, and operations of the waste minimization strategies for our largest clients. By developing a strategy to increase the diversion of a major client’s waste stream to more than 80%, I was able to help them to win an innovation award for their program and increase our company revenue by 12% as a result of delighting them so much that they recommended our service to other properties.

I led and supported the growth of microloan products in Central America and Sierra Leone as the program grew to over 2,000 clients. I led product development for two microloan programs and designed and launched products for 900 female rural entrepreneurs in Central America. These products were designed based on insights generated from user research conducted in 16 communities. I also designed a key performance indicator-based impact assessment to measure the effectiveness of the program and collaborated with local teams to conduct customer outreach as part of the product launch.
