I lead a team of 3 Sales Managers, Sales support, Catering, and Revenue Managment. This was an Executive Committee position. I was also in the group that leaised with the Board of Governors appointed by the Government of New Bruswick to oversee the management contract. Our teams managed to provide one of the most profitable years for the resort in 2002.

I was on the team that helped to build the performa to justify expansion of the hotel from 150 rooms to 300 rooms.

I managed national accounts at the Fairmont Empress. I exceeded my goals every year I was in sales at this hotel.

The Company was called Canadian Pacific Hotels prior to being Fairmont. As Global Sales Manager I managed national accounts in the Ottawa area. As Assistant Director of Catering and convention Services, I managed the Catering department at the Chateau Laurier in Ottawa.

I managed the main dinning room that serviced about 1000 covers per day.
