In my experience as a freelancer I had the opportunity to interact with clients from very diverse industries (agriculture, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, blockchain, equipment measurement, software agencies, fashion, etc.) with very different products that allowed me to expand my knowledge in different areas and strengthen my skills as a designer. Some of the tasks that are part of my product design or redesign service are:-Review of existing product in case of redesigns (either web app, mobile app or website): UX failure detection, audit according to accessibility and heuristics criteria, gathering feedback from users.-Metrics analysis and pain-point monitoring during user sessions.-Research and discovery process in case of new products: perspective according to user, market and customer objectives.-Development of adaptable and scalable design system for each product.-Design of interfaces with their respective flow documentation for the best understanding of the client and the team in charge of their development.-Remote user prototyping and testing. -Design of graphic resources to be used in the designed interfaces.-Support to development teams.-Design of brand identity and graphic pieces for social networks.

I worked alongside finance, operations and development leaders to understand the business objectives and needs of the different types of product users. Being the only designer in the team, my role was integral and complete, where I applied my skills in visual and interface design as well as research and strategy. Among my daily tasks I can name:-Implementation of campaigns to measure the performance of the platform, both qualitatively and quantitatively.-Surveying user behavior through different tools such as Hotjar and detecting user pain points or possible bugs.-Backlog definition and prioritization of product tasks according to business needs and importance for users.-Planning, recruitment and execution of interviews with real users. -Design of interfaces and visual solutions to achieve a better user experience. I had the opportunity to work in the redesign of screens with great value for the product and the daily use of the users. Part of this task was also measuring those changes and iterating on them based on user feedback.-Collaboration with the marketing team for the integral communication of the company. I had the opportunity to contribute in the ideation and design of e-mail marketing campaigns, design for social networks and graphic pieces within the platform, such as banners.-Research and design of an onboarding process for new users: design and creation of help guides for the use of the platform. -Design of reports and document type files generated from the same platform.-Metrics analysis for website optimization and redesign.

During my experience as a UX/UI Designer in the company, I was able to perform various tasks related to the design of both the internal product and graphic pieces for social networks:-Establishment of design tasks based on research with real users of the platform and survey of technical requirements.-Remote usability testing.-Design of UI solutions for the implementation/improvement of features in the platform.-Landing page design for the different products of the company.-Coordination of the communication and design team: setting and measuring KPIs, reporting and managing the area's budget.-Recruitment and selection of candidates for the design and communication team.-Design of graphic pieces for social networks and corporate image.

I worked together with the founders and development team in an extensive process that covered from product discovery to testing with real users.As the only designer of the team, I had the opportunity to take on the following responsibilities:-Analysis and benchmarking process, market research and qualitative and quantitative research. Problem definition and MVP.-Design and prototyping of mobile app.-Creation and maintenance of the Design System of the mobile app.-Documentation of processes, flows and components.-Interviews with real users and remote usability testing.-Landing page design and graphic resources for the landing page.
