Under My Current role as Accounts Manager at Media Box Office, I look after Client Management & delivery, Business development, & operations of both India & UAE Offices. Plan, schedule & monitor the Inbound & Outbound Marketing Activities for the agency to ensure good conversions.Prepare & present Client Pitch Proposals & envisage Action Plans for the team to work on. Collaborating and Ideating between different departments which include, creative, web development, SEO, PR & sales teams to ensure the client gets relevant content and on-time delivery. Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are addressed and understood and propose innovative ways to place the brand.Managing client relationships across industries such as Retail Outlets, SMEs, FMCG, Healthcare & beauty, Finance & Investments, Service Channel Partners, etc.Building strong client relationships to maintain current business and increase new customer acquisition.Develop Offline & Digital Marketing Strategies & Plans which include creating brand awareness, analyzing market research data, envisaging ATL & BTL Campaigns, Overseeing Digital Marketing (PPC, GDN, Video Ads), Social Media Campaigns, etc.Develop, along with the team, a Marketing Calendar for both offline & Online integrations & ensure project milestones and KPIs are achieved. Guide the team in executing PR & Media Events with proper communication between all stakeholders (Media Partners, PR Agencies & Clients) to get the desired results & reach. Ensure that all monthly expenditures & revenue are on track & regular updates are given to the concerned stakeholders.

My role as technical lead was to take forward the Mechanical Design aspects of the project and guide my team on the same. From Interacting with clients and understanding their requirements to implement industry best designs, I was able to garner their appreciation for the projects delivered. Key Responsibilities Include - Developing IP67 enclousre design that is suitable for military grade applications- Interacting with Clients / vendor / hardware team and manufacturing team on a time to Time basis.- Product Design (Sheet Metal & Plastic part) considering DFMA and functionality- Developing ASME Drawings based on GD & T to be used for mass production.- Guide the team in developing an internal schedule for deliverables to happen on time.

Starting my career as an Engineer Trainee and further as an Engineer, I was responsible as a part of a team in working on various projects for Mechanical Design which include developing designs for sheet metal as well as plastics. Preparation of BOM's, Working on Value Engineering Projects and further to develop various engineering drawings as well which has paved a strong foundation in me in the basics of engineering design
