Supervise admission staff, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.5. Conduct training sessions for admission counselors and staff on admission procedures, customer service best practices, and updates in education policies.6. Plan and coordinate admission events, such as open houses, information sessions, and recruitment fairs, to attract prospective students and promote the school's offerings.7. Address questions and concerns from applicants and their families through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.8. Represent the school at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and promote the school's brand.9. Regularly report to the school board or governing body on admissions progress, challenges, and successes
