During my first year, I was the lead writer for Stripe’s Invoicing product, where I took its docs from zero to one. Since then, I've helped found the company's Content Strategy team, reshaped mission-critical doc sets, and strengthened our governance posture by building an LLM-based editing prompt used company-wide, among other achievements.

I was the sole content developer for Apple's primary issue tracking system, Radar. I worked with a slate of cross-functional stakeholders to target and remediate existing docs issues. I also helped lay the groundwork for Radar's nascent docs processes and infrastructure.

I was the owner of IBM's High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Power Systems Virtual Servers content. I worked with IBM product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver top-tier narrative and API docs for these offerings. While at IBM, I also successfully drove several content transformation initiatives, helping significantly modernize the Power Systems Information Development department. My last ongoing project was maintaining and refining the entire stack for one of IBM’s docs sites.

I wrote the instructions for IBM pSeries products using a combination of applications. As the primary technical writer for several POWER7 systems, I partook in the testing and installation process of pre-release products. I also resolved code and instruction manual defects as well as worked closely with mechanical engineers to improve system hardware content. My biggest accomplishment was creating the IBM Power 760 system manual and presenting it at the IBM T3 international conference.
