Starting as a Field Service Engineer to my most recent role as a Portfolio Engineering Manager in Sales, my journey has been marked by a continuous drive to contribute and lead and build strong relationships with my co-workers and customers.As an Engineering Manager for the last 15 years, I have led high-performance international teams, providing crucial support to our sales force by tackling the most complex and challenging customer applications. My role has involved managing global pre-sale engagements, developing technical marketing materials, and ensuring our customers understand the full value of our portfolio of products. This includes a comprehensive range of Rockwell Automation controllers, software, I/O, visualization, and condition monitoring products.For a period of time, I took on the role of Project Manager in the Services Business. I successfully managed a portfolio of over 50 projects valued at over $8 million, demonstrating my ability to balance technical acumen with financial oversight.My earlier years as a Systems Engineer were foundational in building my technical and leadership skills. I led numerous successful start-ups of industrial control systems worldwide, designed and commissioned control systems, and established robust software management protocols.
