Executed and improved post-flight anomaly observation process across 18 Atlas missions providing insight into all vehicle and ground systems. Tiger team responsibility for range integration, on-site data collection, and post-flight product delivery for 12 launch campaigns providing vehicle, launch complex, and range familiarization. Led corrective action team for flight instrumentation through engineering and finance review boards, test, and operations implementation resulting in reliability increase of >30%.
