• BIM implementation and information management.• Managing multi-disciplinary coordination workflows and standards.• Carry out structured reviews of project models.• Support colleagues with project deliverables.• Provide discipline specific training in Revit and Navisworks.• Conduct clash detection meetings / constructability reviews.• NavisWorks management for reviewing, Clash/clearance detection and planning.• Provide Quantity take off / scheduling from 3-D Models.• Provide Dynamo scripts to enhance production rate/quality.• Provide BIM Progress Reports.

• Perform reviews and support the Project delivery team to improve the quality of BIM outputs.• Provide Asset Information Model delivery, As-built, COBie, O&M and asset tagging.• Quantity take off / scheduling.• Research and standardize BIM processes and workflows across the team.• Perform QA/QC for WIP and milestone BIM package submissions in accordance with Project standards.• NavisWorks management for reviewing, Clash/clearance detection, quantities take off and planning.• Cooperate and coordination with other construction teams.• Assist in development and implementation of Revit standards.• Professional knowledge of BIM best practices.• Well use of Dynamo scripting to enhance production rate/quality.• Construction Scope of work:  Provide HVAC load Calculations.  Design Validation for All MEP trades.  MEP BIM Modeling, Coordination and Shop Drawings Revit based.  Prefabrication Modularization.  BOQ Extraction and Validation.  As-Built BIM Modeling and Validation.  4D Simulation using NavisWorks.  RVT File management (Families, templates, work sharing,..).
