I'm managing the project of a startup focused on development of solutions about Virtual and Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence for several sectors: Medical, Aeronautical, Education and Robotics. I'm handling all phases: starting from product conception, through market verification and economic-financial plan, till team developers building.

In fall 2009 I started my university experience with the Industrial Computer Science academic course at University of Camerino to get new skills and improve the ones I already got during my professional life.Along this period, thanks to my good results, I’ve been engaged in some software development projects for Public Administration by e-Lios, a software company in academic environment.I developed web applications based on Java platform (working with SPRING or GWT) with different DBMS's such as Oracle, MySql or SqlServer.This "mixed" experience between University and Job has been very usefull to have new contacts and build new job relationship (as student I had many chances to put me up for new job opportunities), moreover it improved my knowledge in development technologies, both open source and in .NET world, very important for future projects undertaking with those technologies.I also kept old knowledge about (for example AS/400 IBM, RPG) to be able to apply to job offers in more sectors.

TAS (Tecnologia Avanzata dei Sistemi) is an international IT Company with its headquarter in Italy. It merged with NCH SpA (were i was employed) during 2006 beacuse of a long expansion process.TAS Group is a group specialised in software solutions for electronic money, payment systems and financial markets. It has been listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since May 2000.The Italian leader for card management, payment networks access and order management, TAS offers itself as a first level partner even in the international market, where acts through its controlled societies: TAS France Eurl, APIA, TAS Iberia S.L.U., Tasamericas Ltda.TAS Group serves major commercial & central banks and the main Financial Services centres in Italy and Europe, and the main global broker dealers of the Global Fortune 500.I worked in critical mission projects, especially in interbanking network, where it’s very important to find right solutions in short time. My teams were usually composed of many peoples different by technical knowledge, placed in different sites across the nation.Projects I participated started with initial examinations of need of client, going on with analysis of problem and developing of solutions, till the final installation, start up and following support.

SIM was an IT company (last years it merged with other different small companies to build METISOFT, a new bigger joint-stock company).As in TAS I worked in software development projects starting with initial examinations of need of client, going on with analysis of problem and developing of solutions, till the final installation, start up and following support.

I’ve been involved in management of complex IT systems, taking care of system integration among different platforms (PC, AS/400, Mainframe IBM ESA/390).At beginning of 90s that kind of activity was complex as we were at beginning of a real integration among so different systems and technologies.I worked in systems migrations, development of new software and customization of others (especially IBM).I worked in banks as “Cassa di Risparmio di Macerata” that become years ago “Banca delle Marche”, Cassa di Risparmio di Ascoli Piceno (now in San Paolo Intesa Group). I participated in projects inside Merloni industrial group working in big IT companies as IPACRI that was one of most important IT companies in that period in Italy.I also worked as CIO in Volplast, a chemical industry in Ascoli Piceno, were I managed IT structure based on a AS/400 and I also build the new control management system with a group of external consultants.

After an initial period of traineeship both in IT and in accounting (needed to gain experience in accounting and fiscal topics), I started my IT specialist carreer.Along those years I’ve been involved in accounting and payroll software development projects, working for IT companies and fiscal practices.Most important companies where I worked are:- SIME COMMERCIALE SpA. A big company, dealer of building materials, with several agencies across two regions.- SELDA snc. IT company specialized in accounting and payroll software and consultant.
