Computer Support Analyst
Current• Provide technical support for standard desktop, laptops and Getac’s (Tablets)• Support multiples locations (10 sites) via onsite visit or remotely• Support and install/Configure on multiples on several types applications and software• Work with Kaseya (VSA) Agent: a cloud-based, information Technology, remote monitoring to ensure all Computers (Desktops, Laptops and Getacs) and as a ticket system • Install, configure, support and troubleshoot issue with Active Net online registration system• Assign permissions for users requesting account via Active Net on registration system• unlock or request password via Active Directory• Troubleshoot Internet and wireless issues• Work with users to diagnose hardware and software problems via onsite or remotely• Remote tool: LogMeIn and or desktop remote control• Work with Forest Preserve officers to insure their Getac’s (Tablets) are update• Coordinate training for all new hires• Interacted effectively with a diverse such as: Board of Commissioners, staffs (onsite or offsite), rangers, Law Enforcement officers, vendors etc.• Handled confidential information with tact and discretion• Boardroom technology support as needed• Answered a help line and assisted with all technical issues as they arise • Attend to Projects• Work with Kaseya to ensure all machines are update with windows updates and 3rd party software • Work with Windows updates patch management via test machines.
