I worked for more than 5 years at Commercial Refrigeration Services, I have been part of the electrical team. I have been involved with the manufacturing and installation, factory acceptance test on all completed products:• Main Control Boards• Pack Panel Boards • Distribution Boards • Case Boxes • Change Over Boards• Refrigeration Racks/Simplex Electrical WiringAchievements• I have personally electrical manufactured and factory acceptance tested over twenty CO2 Subcritical, Transcritical Refrigeration Systems all over Africa and some part of the world.• I am privileged to be part of the Africa’s largest and transcritical CO2 cold storage facility, titled the Cold Link Africa Publications recently. The 11 000m2 facility in Hammarsdale, KwaZulu-Natal, which has a cooling capacity of 5.28MW. The CO2 system is a noteworthy project for Commercial Refrigeration Services (CRS) who designed and installed the refrigeration.• I am great full to be part of CRS manufacturing and installation team that has provided our client with something special at Eastern Cape - Port Elizabeth project, all their heating and cooling utilising CO2(R744) in one room. We have the HVAC requirements covered with our BPHE chilled water(-2’C) or ice mode storage(-14’C) -500kw a Rack in cooling capacity, the low temp racks(-30’C) -95kw is a booster into the Medium temp rack(-5’C) -225kw and for High ambient/no water efficiency we have an intermediate temp, parallel compressors(4’C) -400kw, our heat reclaim then provides hot water for domestic use as well as the ac hot water for heating
