1. Organizes, leads, and executes assigned projects which fall outside the scope of regular production projects with various responsibilities and purposes, including provides support to production team and management from the standpoint of project, metrics, training, documentation, research and development, and also internal audit to maintain ISO 9001 QMS.2. Ensure that operating principles of Intermap’s Quality Management System under ISO 9001 principles is maintained in the company environment.3. Promotes, initiates, or responds to process improvement and facilitates the development of the process improvement continuously.4. Coordinates the generation of production capacity, metrics, and analysis to help production and management to get a better understanding of production status, performance, and to have better decision making processes.

1. Lead a group of mapping technician to ensuring that the team completes work in accordance to production schedule, project specifications, and Production Coordinator's specific instructions.2. Maintain product quality, specification and production processes as described in the product specifications, manual instructions, and specific client requirements.3. Conduct continuous performance management processes, provide performance assistance when required, and ensure that appropriate actions are conducted towards under-performers as well as appropriate acknowledgements towards best performers.

1. Manage the Internal Audit team in performing internal quality audits in accordance with Intermap’s Quality Management System (QMS) and the ISO 9001 standard with various responsibilities, including manage the preparation, execution, and reporting of departmental and group audits.2. Coordinate and report to the Intermap's Quality Manager for status updates, information, minutes meeting conducted, and final reports of the internal audits.3. Ensure that the ExsaMap's President Director is fully apprised on all issues related to QMS at PT. ExsaMap Asia.

1. Lead a group of Quality Control (QC) technicians that perform two steps of quality check for all edited products.2. Work closely with Production Coordinator to ensure the product consistency and delivery, and is also expected to work closely with Production Team Leaders to provide information and rectify consistency issues.3. Ensure that the team is performing quality checks as described in the product specifications and manual instructions, consistently across projects.

Ensure all products that have been edited in ExsaMap meet Intermap’s core product specifications, manual instructions, and Intermap's product handbook.

Produce mapping products according to the documented product specifications and manual instructions.
