He additionally checked #slack back channels to see if our “critical, DRM bug” was also being reported by enterprise customers. As an SMB, we outsourced the development of our VOD platform to a third party and what started well, ended in a dumpster fire. Mike was there to help put out the flames. The experience with Mike and Axinom had been phenomenal for us. If it weren’t for some of the constraints we were left dealing with due to our previous VOD provider, I’d still be going forward with Axinom. My gut tells me that when we have hit our next growth milestone, and we aren’t in such a “produce or perish” mode, we’ll have the breathing room to look at more robust VOD and DRM partners who can take us through the long haul.
