-Lead all People Operations functions including benefits, payroll, People systems, People reporting, and government compliance for all employees in the United States and Canada. -Develop, write, and execute new company policies from parental leave and jury duty to covid vaccination policies and state/province compliance.-Manage the entire new hire pre-boarding and onboarding function, developing presentations, managing an onboarding team with individuals from multiple departments, and iterating on the onboarding experience grounded in new hire feedback. -Create and update reports for the CPO, CEO, and CFO, and serve as a resource for business planning.-Serve as the main point of contact for external legal counsel on all employee related issues including termination in both the USA and Canada.

-Led Human Resources, Recruitment, and Operations functions for the entire company. -Filled open roles across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product and Customer Success teams. -Owned and drove the employee relations, benefits, hiring, on-boarding, and legal aspects of HR across the company for full time employees and contractors. -Served as adviser to leaders and managers of all departments, offering advice and strategies to support employees and build a caring, nurturing culture.

Led recruitment efforts for all open positions, from creating job descriptions to managing the entirety of the interviewing and hiring processes. Managed HRIS via Workday, ensuring that all employee records were complete. Served as the main employee relations representative for the entire organization, fielding employee feedback and ensuring that the culture and workplace environment is safe and supportive. Partnered closely with the payroll team to ensure that employee pay is accurate and issues are resolved on time.

Planned, executed, and led all learning opportunities for interns, including professional level seminars and workshops. Created training and learning plans for all interns, assisting in professional, personal, and technical goal-setting. Managed recruitment and interviewing process for all intern hiring. Performed recruitment presentations at New York City colleges and universities. Led all HR administrative and leadership tasks related to orientation including recruitment, on-boarding, and culture building for new intern hires.

Directed and led the Manor ISD middle school summer program, overseeing 48 teachers and 220 students in a summer school-like environment. Led the summer teaching intern admissions team, tasked with hiring over 100+ summer teaching interns each year. Led the student admissions team for the Manor program, admitting 100 5th grade students every year. Organized and taught the after school tutoring program two days a week at Manor Middle School, developing lessons and activities for students to engage in learning outside of the classroom.

Served as the assistant to Staff-Secretary to the Governor Lindsay Nathan and Secretary to the Governor Larry Schwartz. Communicated and collected information from the various State Departments to write and edit reports for the Secretary to the Governor. Assisted with policy development for Deputy-Secretary of Education Katie Campos.
