I specialise in delivering service transformation and procurement programmes for local authorities and have particular expertise in the design and operation of environmental services including waste, recycling, street cleansing, grounds maintenance and facilities management.I have substantial experience of managing large multi disciplinary projects having provided procurement / technical advisory support on over a dozen major waste and street scene procurements with a combined estimated contract value in excess of £1 billion. I have worked with over 30 local authorities, including three strategic partnerships, to successfully deliver street scene service improvements and efficiency savings.
