I am the inaugural Executive Director of HC3 (Health Care Council of Chicago), an initiative managed by Third Horizon Strategies consulting firm. HC3 is an action-oriented collaborative that brings together leaders from across the health care system to address Chicago’s most important health-related issues. In this role, I facilitate the core operating activities, oversee the development of the organization’s strategic goals and cultivate partnerships and opportunities to improve the health of local communities. I am also a member of the Third Horizon Strategies leadership team advising on strategic projects and contributing to the growth and development of the company and our social impact and corporate responsibility strategy as the Vice President of Community Impact. I have 12 years of diverse experience in the fields of development, marketing, and community engagement. Throughout my career, I have worked in start-ups and nonprofits, developing programming and events, building sustainable relationships, and fostering new and innovative ideas. I hold a Bachelor of Music degree, complemented by a Minor in Theatre Arts, from Lawrence University. Additionally, I completed my MBA as a Baumhart Scholar in 2022 at Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business.Currently, I serve on the Associate Board and Development Committee at CommunityHealth and as a board member of PATH (Pediatric Adolescent Transformative Health Care), which is part of the HFS Healthcare Transformation Collaboratives (HTC).
