• Assisting all QMS process owners in their roles with data entry, data analysis, research and producing process and system documentation, and reports.• Planning and conduct of workshop / trainings / meetings / focus groups and discussions and other activities.• Maintaining and retaining documents and records relevant to the operation of the QMS system.• Submission of monthly QMS reports.• Facilitation of management review and quarterly audit meetings.• Ensure all business unit staff are familiar with and well trained on the processes.• Assist in implementation & Management of the Integrated Management System.• Establish and provide document control support to and process owners.• Establish and manage proper document review processes.• Establish availability and publishing of controlled documents.• Control issuance of documents’ numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers.• Ensure proper documents classification, sorting, filing, and archiving.2. Health and Safety and Environmental Compliance• Ensuring ISO Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Compliance (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001).• Cooperate with the employer where the Health and Safety Act.• Give information to an inspector from the Department of Labour if required.• Comply with the rules and procedures that the employer gives him/her.• Wear the prescribed safety clothing or use the prescribed safety equipment where it is required.• Report unsafe, unhealthy, and environmentally unfavourable conditions to the employer or health and safety representative as soon as possible.• If he or she is involved in an incident that may influence his/her health or cause an injury, report that incident to the employer, and authorised person or the health and safety representative as soon as possible• Assisting to obtain any necessary environmental authorizations and permits.• Ensuring that any environmental programmes are adhered to at all times.

Assist in developing and sustaining the Quality Management System in line with the required standards (including ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, OHSA 18001, ISO 31000:2015).Strategy and Development:1. Assist in the creation and implementation of strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid nd improve organizational performance.2. Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management System.Documentation Management1. Maintenance of QMS documents as per relevant standard operating procedures.2. Maintain the Quality Assurance filing system in an updated state to ensure easy retrieval and traceability.General and task Management1. Implement all relevant procedures prescribed in the Quality Management Systems.2. Update and revise all in-house system and procedures to meet the needs of external certification bodies.3. Update Quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from the quality concerns.4. Assist putting in place all necessary system and procedures to help meet and exceed customer satisfaction.5. Undertake regular internal process audits of the QMS.6. Assist in ensuring that corrective actions are undertaken to address non-conformities found.7. Ensure that all employees are in compliance with all industry standards.8. Attend various internal and external QMS meetings as advised by QMS Manager.
