my current duties at cargo carriers supply chain solution• Layout design and planning of new continuous projects of placing racks/bins label/stock and to facilitating the projects to ensure effective completion of project in time and optimization warehousing operations.• Ensuring stock inventories report are accurate and reconcile against stock inventories.• Identifying bottlenecks in picking,checking and when despatching orders before they reach to the customer within the warehouse • applying knowledge of the Lean principles to reduce waste material/stationarries within the warehouse • warehouse operations efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment design and layout.• Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot business and assembly issues, material flow, material handling project plans and create process documentation• Creating flow process charts of current operations practices to help and identifying bottlenecks withing current proces if the need continuous improvemet to increase optimal performance • Using of envetory management system “JDE” for stock ship confimity and availibity of stock with the warehouse.• Using warehouase inverory management system“qwix” to solve operations problems and queries from clients

my duties at granor passi when i was an industrial engineering intern• Conducting time studies on daily operation when receiving stock (oranges,lemon,naartjie,star rubby and guava) processing citrus juices• Identifying of bottlenecks and evaluation of current operation practices to help to identify those needing continuous improvement by apllying industrial lean manufacturing techniques such as cause and effect,5s,Kaizen,blackbelt and Lean Six Sigma. • Developing a production schedule for citrus and blending department that detail all the tasks needs to be done and when they should be completed to meet deadlines.• Estimation of availability of amount of material, equipment, and labour required for next shift production operation.• Evaluation of current manufacturing practices and identifying those in-need of continuous improvement.• Ensuring that quality control is applied to reduce waste and material handling by recommending viable solutions that reduces production costs, as well as improving production processes and product quality.• Ensuring that employees adhere to manufacturing food regulations and food safety compliance based on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).• Developing weekly maintenance schedule that detail all equipment and machines that needs to be repaired, cleaned, or upgraded to ensure optimal performance.• Monitoring of ingredient storage and expiry dates via weekly report to ensures good stock rotation and reduction of waste materials.• Providing training of 5S techniques and workshops to promote employees morale engagement, also positive changes and knowledge throughout organization.
