•Promote public awareness in the region of Motheo and Xhariep district of all the programmes offered at Motheo TVET College•Extensive traveling•Assisting in the Preparation for the Exhibition with the CEIA (Careers Exhibition and Information Association) branding, handing out of corporate gifts etc.• Assisting in Creating Operational Plans for Corporate Communication Unit focusing on Strategic goal 1 and Strategic goal 3 (Advertising, Social Media, Broadcasting, Print Media, Notice Boards, Flyers, Exhibitions, Schools, Social Responsibilities, Corporate Gifts, Prospectors, Brochures, Desk Pads, Memo pads, Conference files, Calendars 2015, Corporate manual, Registration Posters and flyers, Center Link, Annual Report, Staff Newsletter, Moithuti, Corporate Manual, Name Tags, TVET, SETA, learnership events, Student Representative Council.•Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers •Marketing Research•Assist in the organizing of Marketing Campaigns. •School Visits to promote all the programmes offered at the College and maintaining a good relationship with Principals and life orientation teachers•Attending exhibitions that includes extensive travelling to different areas • Interacting with learners and informing them about programmes that the College offers and present career guidance to the learners• Carrying of pull up banners, Gazebo, Tear drops, brochures/pamphlets to exhibitions and school (marketing material)•Assisting in Expanding and intensify the marketing service to more towns and schools in Motheo and Xhariep district•Assist with the written inquiries and telephone inquiries•Deliver necessary communication service internally and externally•Arrange and prepare all the marketing materials for the public•Branding, Marketing and corporate communication activities of the college• Updating staff about the issues affecting the College in the media
