Purpose of the role:The services of a dedicated Sales Support Officers are required to efficiently action the customer account opening process (customer on-boarding), focusing on sustainable value, optimal productivity and end-to-end customer satisfaction.Key Competencies (Skills, knowledge and personal attributes): Good understanding of the entire MBL product and service rangeGood knowledge and understanding of Business / Company documentation requirements Ability to liaise with external and internal customersCustomer focusedAttention to detailResilience and driveResults and goal orientedExcellent verbal and written communications skillsGood telephone techniquesAbility to work under pressurePlanning and organizingComputer Literacy: MS Office Suite (intermediate), Call Centre system & reporting, BaNCS, BaNCSConnect, Debit Card (Postilion), Credit Card Prime & On-line systems, Footprints, Ghost Conveyor system, CIPRO, ITC/ Transunion, ODS reportsKey deliverables and outputs (not exhaustive) of the role are:Ensure that the entire end-to-end customer on-boarding process is efficiently actionedEnsure that all account opening documentation is in order and that all relevant checks (ITC / CIPRO) have been completedEnsure the verification and update of all FICA documentationOpen customer accounts as per the Bank’s procedureLiaise with attorneys and estate agents on a regular basisEngage with customers, on a regular basis, through the on-boarding process and ensure high levels of professionalism and customer serviceMaintain daily, weekly and monthly statistics for reporting purposesEnsure that all relevant administrative
