- Overseeing maintenance, repair, and support of mechanical equipment.- Preparing, checking, and approving calculations, documents, drawings, cost estimates, and tests.- Establishing equipment requirements and preparing equipment data sheets.- Evaluating dimensions, equipment connections, and equipment performance.

Responsibilities:- Diagnosis and fault finding for mechanical subsystems by applying a set of modified techniques within a defined context.- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance in the mechanical Subsystems and equipment.- Carry out services and doing warranty work on campaigns allocated by Ford.- Determine possible component failure to enhance system capability.- Test all work and close off assigned job card on maintenance and project work.- Apply statutory principals to comply with safety, health and environmental requirements.
