Overseeing the daily commercial operations of the company and management of the race yacht fleet. Principle responsibilities included: recruiting operations staff, yacht commissioning, fit-out, scheduling maintenance, assisting in pre-race management, planning staff and client training as well as skippering. I was personally responsible for a team of 14 staff with an operational budget of £200k.
