Current• Direct day-to-day operations of multi-disciplinary clinical team, overseeing delivery of high-quality behavioral health services while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities • Manage development and execution of organizational clinical programs, ensuring they met regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and industry best practice • Direct development and execution of client care strategies, ensuring personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual needs and delivered by highly trained, multidisciplinary team • Review and approve client treatment plans for accuracy and compliance with clinical standards ensuring alignment with Medicaid billing requirements • Act as primary organizational point of contact during crisis and emergency situations, providing immediate support, de-escalation, and coordinating rapid intervention for clients in need of urgent care • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success, clinical outcomes, and adherence to compliance standards, driving data-informed decision-making • Perform utilization management activities conducting prospective review prior to program admission and concurrent review of medical necessity during treatment to ensure delivery of efficient and effective behavioral healthcare services • Spearhead quality assurance (QA) initiative to monitor compliance and evaluate efficacy of clinical services ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
