To improve revenues and profitability through the complete assurance of revenues and minimization of leakage. To support overall Revenue Assurance Shared Services operational performance and interface to customers. Maintain regular audits on the system to ensure accuracy and use critical thinking to work exceptions, analyze errors and provide root cause analysis.Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of Revenue, EBITDA, Cost Of Sales and Free Cash Flows of all the MTN OpCo’s against historical, actual and budgeted figures.Liaise with different revenue assurance stakeholder’s incl. Digital, BRM, Marketing and Finance.Produce monthly executive summary for Audit committee, RAFM Executive and Group CFO.Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting revenue and cost leakages and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods of quantification.Root cause analysis of the revenue and cost leakages and devise policies to mitigate further leakages.Prepare financial reports, presentations and validate accuracy of revenue leakage and financial benefits.Assist in development of controls and assessment of risk for new MTN Products.
