I am an experienced international leader specialising in management development. I have served at board-level in the UK and overseas and know most countries of the world. My varied experience encompasses commercial companies, start-ups, business schools, professional bodies and international organisations. It includes specialist knowledge of strategic direction, business development and executive development, public relations. I am also an experienced and qualified business mentor and executive coach.I am an enthusiastic networker and ambassador for the organisations with which I am involved. I especially enjoy helping others develop their leadership potential. My reward comes from ‘giving something back’ after my own successful career. I am also a writer and blogger. I have written two business books and very many newspaper, online, and magazine articles. Most have been on business topics but some on history, genealogy, travel, and general interest. My book 'Developing International Managers' (Financial Times) was successful globally.
