Michael was initially employed as a Sales Manager by the founding partners of SBB which started out as a franchisee of Termiesh System. As one of the first employees he led the business to be the largest franchise in Australia and through a process of vertical integration to becoming acquired by the franchisor and becoming part of the TMA group of companies.
