- Collaborated closely with a team of Unlocked Graduates, collectively tasked with tackling the current presseing challenge of workforce retention in the prison service.- Built a comprehensive report titled "Enhancing Workforce Retention in the Prison Service". In the report, we identified four pivotal areas requiring transformation: Recruitment & Training, Physical Working Environment, Mental Health & Wellbeing, and Culture. Each issue was followed by a cohesive solution and implementation strategy.- Delivered a presentation of our findings and recommendations to an esteemed audience of senior stakeholders, including CEO of Unlocked Graduates, HMPPS Lead for Retention, PA's Public Sector Lead and team, and the former senior advisor for the Norwegian Correctional Service.- Engaged in insightful discussions with PA consultants across various sectors, gaining a deeper understanding of the company's dedication to driving positive transformation. Throughout the week I received consultancy coaching in top-down thinking implementation, effective presenting, and catalysing change skills.

During my gap year I organized and facilitated a youth club run at the local library.- Aimed at children aged 8-13, I trial and errored a club agenda that would be attractive and entertaining to children of my target age group;- Given that the club was based around a competitive card game, I had to research and apply international regulations in order for the members of the club to be able to meet guidelines and play competitively, ensuring our club was recognized as official;- I planned weekly training sessions and constructed official tournaments that met Danish nationalstandards, demonstrating my high organizational skills and management abilities;- Development of pastoral abilities given that I was working with children from a range of ages and this meant that some required more support than others. This means that I can recognize when a team member is struggling and identify the correct method of support.
