Establish and maintain records such as stock lists, inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports; Review and verify quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents; Unload and store incoming supplies and equipment; Maintain stock locator system and administer document control procedures; Process requests and return documents at direct support level through warehousing section; Complete prescribed load list and shop stock list duties in manual and automated supply applications; Prepare, annotate, and distribute shipping documents; Operate material-handling equipment; Perform accounts payable/receivable functions, reimbursement of travel and per diem; Train new sailors on uniform standards and issuance.
