In Sagra Technology, I supervised the integration projects of Emigo with ERP systems for 7 years, at the same time being responsible for the final shape of the Emigo INTEGRA - Sagra’s integration platform. Next 4 years I spent on perfecting Emigo, including development & product ownership of B2B e-commerce platform called "Emigo Retail". Currently, I am keeping my eye on dynamically developing new technologies and strategic partnership with Microsoft. I am also responsible for observing global technology & business trends and new product development. During my work I realised several strategic projects focusing mostly on project & product management, productivity, team communication and improving of processes.Being fascinated by e-commerce, in 2007, I co-founded a cigar e-shop called CIGARRO.PL - Twój Sklep z Cygarami (Your Cigar Shop). Through 6 years, I managed to go through all the logistics, supply-chain and customer service procesess - all those gave me invaluable bunch of experiences. At the begining of my work career, between year 2001 and 2005 I gained my experience in maritime sector as freight forwarder agent, customer service specialist as well as sales specialist. During this 5 year period I collected a lot of experience in SGS Polska, Swiss Trade, Development & Certification corporation and understood how important customer satisfaction is in today business environment.As a person I am fascinated by the power of simplicity in life, products, design and technology. Freaked about making things happen instead of speaking about them. I'm addicted to project & product management and delivering customer satisfaction. I am interested in e-commerce, product management, agile, UX, design thinking, cloud, digital transformation and cutting edge technologies. I love spending time with my family, photography, hard rock, cooking, geocaching, travelling and mountains.
