I was responsible for the proper display of various book genres and overall presentation of books for public use. Used knowledge of library to obtain books for interlibrary loan use. Provided library patrons with positive and helpful directions.

As Chief Operating Officer, aka 'Stay at Home Mom' of the Smith family, I spent 15 years working within a budget, managing schedules, covering books, reading stories, checking homework, serving on committees, organizing fundraisers, baking cupcakes and cookies, troubleshooting, grocery shopping, encouraging good manners, mending hurts (both physical and emotional), doing laundry, overseeing reports and projects, using (and teaching) time management skills, leading by example, instilling morals, doing my best to raise positive, happy, productive citizens and trying my best to be one myself. Now I do all of that and work full time outside the home too!

Assisted the lead teacher in all aspects of classroom management for a five-day pre-Kindergarten class.

Organized ground transportation to and from local airports and air transportation for employees attending training seminars. Acted as 'concierge' for these employees handling dinner and evening activity arrangements as well as making sure meetings and seminars went smoothly. Served as liaison between ground transportation company representatives, airline representatives and local hotel representatives as well as local restaurants and entertainment. Maintained various databases of pertinent information for traveling employees.

In this position I was responsible for organizing and producing financial statements. I learned to balance checkbooks, and became responsible for bookkeeping for many clients. I also secured excellent time management and bookkeeping skills.
