As a founding member of the Elevate Prize Foundation leadership team and head of programs, I was responsible for setting the strategic vision, launching, and managing key initiatives. This included:The Elevate Prize: A $5 million global prize awarded to social impact leaders.Elevate Giving: A collective giving experience that democratizes philanthropy, enabling broader participation in grant making.The Elevate Prize Catalyst Award: An award recognizing influential figures who inspire social action, with recipients including George & Amal Clooney, Malala Yousafzai, Dwyane Wade, among others.

At MIT Solve, I led the development and implementation of the organization’s global expansion strategy, forging partnerships with community members and funders to create custom programs that drive transformational impact. Additionally, I oversaw the administration and operations team, managing budget and HR functions to ensure seamless execution of our mission.

I led the team responsible for planning and producing Solve conferences and events, including curating session content and selecting speakers. Additionally, I managed Solve’s administration and operations and served as the primary liaison between Solve and MIT's administration.

n this role, I managed the speaker recruitment and relations process for CGI's year-round member engagement, including the flagship Annual Meeting. I also led the programming for the Clinton Global Citizen Awards, overseeing honoree and presenter selection, entertainment recruitment, and coordination with production staff.

As Director at a rapidly growing 400-bed human services facility, I focused on enhancing program effectiveness through fundraising, grant writing, and building community partnerships. My efforts led to a significant increase in annual revenue and community awareness, as well as the successful opening of a 56-bed homeless family shelter and an 84-bed transitional housing facility.

I directed communication between global headquarters and 54 country offices, supporting program expansion into developing countries by establishing local partnerships and offices. I also produced three annual international forums, managed logistics, and conducted monthly training for international staff on best practices and human rights advocacy. Additionally, I published board reports, newsletters, and fundraising appeals.

I managed and developed communications and relationships with public and private organizations, and implemented community-level programs focused on disaster response and logistics cooperation during reconstruction efforts.

I provided research support for the Global Economic Costs of Conflict Project, funded by the German Foundation for Peace Research. Additionally, I organized international research conferences for the International Economics department.
