Project-In-Charge (April 2019 – August 2019)• Provides service engineering consideration for telecom project biddings including manpower allocation and skill requirements.• Manages, trains, monitors, and control project management.• Conducts site survey together with engineering for project costing purposes and implementation.• Provides implementation schedule for telecom project biddings.• Handles all MW Radio Projects for: ABS-CBN, GLOBE, MERALCO etc.• Manages and implements awarded telecommunication projects.

OIC (May 2014 – April 2019)• Project management, plan, oversee and document all aspects of turnkey projects such as Digital Microwave Links and Transmitters. Keep the project team motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions. Make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other department support.• Assists the Sales Group in pre-sales activities such as preparations of business plans, bid preparations, demo or equipment application testing and preparation of project design.• Handles customer technical inquiries.• Conducts physical inspection and tests performance of the newly acquired equipment supplied to customers assuring efficient operations throughout the warranty period and beyond.• Conducts field inspections and surveys for all the sites before implementation of the project.• Prepares Acceptance Reports for completed services.• Provides technical assistance to the customers to resolve equipment problem and other inquiries; in coordination with principal suppliers if necessary.• Performs installation, testing and commissioning of all equipment and its ancillaries equipment provided to customer.• Assists the sales group in the preparation of technical response to tender or quote.• Facilitates repair of defective equipment.• Ensures proper documentation of related technical information such as equipment performance and technical solution. • Establishes the needed plan of action to be carried in achieving the goals of the department in terms of gaining profit and increasing customer base.• Performs other functions as maybe assigned by the VP and Department Head for the achievement of the overall company objective.
