Joining the business in 2016, I was tasked with establishing and improving the company’s capability to deliver a £250m enterprise transformation programme and ensuring that the transformation was delivered on budget and on schedule.Accountabilities / Achievements- Developed, maintained and successfully executed corporate IT strategy and roadmap in collaboration with senior corporate stakeholders, business leaders and enterprise architecture.- Led delivery of transformation programme - Managing team of 50 perm / contract staff, 150 3rd party resources; ensuring that executive sponsors & senior stakeholders were engaged and understood programmes while managing risks and budgets. - Acted as Programme Director for Digital Transformation including defining roadmaps, working with delivery teams, and governance of overall programme of works. - Leadership of operational IT services function which included service development, quality assurance, project and vendor management. - Member of IT senior leadership team and deputy to the CIO; attendance at capital investment meetings, executive governance & sponsorship boards and other executive conferences and stakeholder groups.- Implementation of key enterprise solutions: Oracle (Retail and eBusiness Suite), Salesforce, Office 365, Adobe, IBM Websphere in cloud and on-premise models, via distributed delivery.- Delivery of transformational change to an Agile workflow.
