Overhauled the financial reporting structure, streamlining monthly management reporting, reducing time-to-close from greater than 2-months to under 2-weeks. Negotiated favorable terms on a $15 million, tax exempt bond issue, and secured $4.2 million federally backed funding, successfully applying for forgiveness in the full amount. Developed and implemented a 5-year budget forecast model, utilizing real time changes in key variables to inform bottom-line impact. Serve on and work alongside the finance, investment and audit committees, and serve as a key member of the top-level leadership team.

Responsible for a $14 million operating budget of a PreK – 8 coeducational day school with 415 students and 100+ employees. Oversaw and directed the finance, accounting, treasury management, facilities, technology, human resources and risk management functions. Restructured $7 million tax exempt NJ EDA Bonds, saving $350,000 annually. Implemented advanced fund accounting structure to better meet GAAP financial reporting needs.
