CurrentI'm a senior partner in the firm’s Life Sciences and Private Equity business units, as well as a member of its Public M&A/Corporate Governance practice. My practice focuses on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including representing both domestic and foreign entities, boards of directors, special board committees, private equity sponsors and investment banks in public and private company transactions, tender offers, joint ventures, transactions with special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), cross-border transactions, minority investments, shareholder activism and governance disputes, financial advisory matters, and general corporate matters. I represent a wide range of clients from a number of industries, including life sciences, biotech, pharmaceuticals, regenerative medicine, technology, software, healthcare, financial services, and telecommunications.
