We design and deliver experiences that activate learning and transform leaders at all levels so they can be catalysts of transformation in their organizations.

I participated in the 4-month long PowerUp Program. PowerUp is a Latinx-led, collaborative initiative focused on increasing growth and economic opportunity for Latinx-owned businesses in Massachusetts. Amplify Latinx mission is to create visibility for Latinx-owned businesses, facilitate connections to existing resources, and advocate for capital and equitable contracting opportunities.

I managed the business-to-business (B2B) portfolios for various professional development multi-course certificates at Professional Education (PPE) at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE). I am the co-architect of the B2B pipeline process for the Certificate in School Management & Leadership (CSML), a professional development suite of courses for school leaders. In addition to surpassing sales goals each quarter, I nurtured and managed the relationship with our key stakeholders and decision-makers, and school leaders in the K-12 public, private, and charter schools.

I worked a split position, working for both the Homeownership Services Department and the Fundraising & Development Department. As a Homeownerssip Services Counselor, I advocated for individuals and families facing active foreclosures on their homes, partnering with the Attorney General's Office in securing home retention options; coaching clients through understanding the U.S. credit system, avoiding financial pitfalls, and connecting them to resources in their community to help them secure financial security and freedom. As a Fundraising and Communications Associate, I worked diligently with the Director to secure funding for a multi-million dollar organization.

Editor In Chief for publication at Gordon College called If I Told You. The publication publishes anonymous student stories each Spring under an annually released topic relating to identity and identity exploration. The publication seeks to bring equity and access to storytelling in religious communities that actively suppress difference and diversity.

Conducted research on student activism in higher education and the influence of facilitated dialogue in mediating conflict on campuses. Supported ongoing research on methods for incorporating facilitated dialogue in educational environments.Other research included: higher education and Title IX policies, student activism and sexual assault awareness.
