In the last 24 months we cleaned up the balance sheet, raised approx $3MM (including bringing in institutional investors), made 2 acquisitions, increased the shareholder base almost 10 fold, increased the avg daily trading volume over 40,000% (not to mention getting the stock DTC eligible and DWAC/FAST approved), commercialized products and brought them to market and brought the company to revenue. Upon getting all this done, it was time (and planned) to turn the company over to an executive team that we knew could execute.
