As an involved YPO spouse, I have served on the chapter and region, and often helped chapter officers in South Asia plan and execute programs. I have been involved in the planning of almost all chapter retreats of YPO Kerala. As the Regional Spouse/ Partner officer, I designed and facilitated an in-person SP and Family officers’ workshop, which was a one-of-its-kind and a great value add. As the Regional officer, I also facilitated ice breakers and connection exercises for the Regional Board. My most revered YPO experience has been co-championing the Forum Workshop at the2017 CLW, Bangkok. I have this inherent quality that people want to share things with me that they have never shared, most of the times even thought of before. Establishing trust and intimacy with anyone I meet even for the first time is my gift to everyone out there. I truly am able to form an instant connection with everyone I converse with, and that connection is always without an expiry date! Love is my core value and driving force, and I offer that in abundance! Through Life/ Executive/ Wellness coaching, my personal offer is to provide a completely neutral environment for conversations that could lead to new possibilities, inspiration, purpose, and definitely hope for you! Using the beautiful principles of EO Forum and thanks to the excellent training I received (and still do), by the EO "Master" Forum Trainers, I have seen EO members and spouses open up and talk about things they had previously never spoken (or sometimes even thought) about. In 8 hours in a room with (most of the time) strangers. I have always taken personal responsibility and started with myself; by sharing the most intimate details about Every aspect of My life; Business, Family and Personal, in front of a group of people who I am meeting for the first time. And every single time (of the over 100 times), that I have done this; it has caused an instant trigger effect. The impact I create is that every single person walks out of the room Knowing that they are not alone, in whatever they might be facing or expecting in their lives (business, family or personal).
