Geographic responsibilities included North America, Europe, Australia, Brazil and China. • Established the methodology to measure how price, volume and product mix impacted margin performance. • Developed low cost country manufacturing strategies which resulted in moving operations from Australia to China. • Expanded Hyperion usage to consolidate global operational data from five ERP. This improvement allowed for a centralized review of key operational metrics including sales order backlog, manufacturing conversion costs and headcount.

• Focus on continuous process improvement with an emphasis on standardization, simplification and automation. Automation improvements reduced month close process by 1 day allowing more time to analyze results. • Won “CFO Top Performer” award for developing a Hyperion Essbase application that measured each HVAC Service branch on technician labor productivity, vehicle fleet/fuel utilization and fraud detection.• Led the acquisition and purchase accounting of 3 HVAC service companies with combined revenues of ~$50M.

Supported all financial needs of the Executive Vice President of Operations including, factory rationalization analysis, KPI measurement and material cost productivity.

Developed the standard monthly and quarterly CEO and CFO reporting packages, designed driver based forecast models and implemented Hyperion strategic finance.

Responsible for the global cash pooling process, cash flow forecasting and evaluating capital expenditure return on investment.

Primary responsibilities were the management of eight Investment Analysts and the information that supported monthly publications.
