Customer Service Portals - Customer Service Management Improved the user experience and overall performance of the portals, offered as part of CSM product suit, to build an enterprise grade web application. Helped build a solid Knowledge product which got KCS® v6 Verified. 2. Rapid prototype development- Solution ConsultingBuilt rapid prototypes (called Insanely Great Experiences, IGEs) which helped ServiceNow win the Sales deals. Usual turn around time was 2 days.
