Implement API-led practices and seek expansion opportunities to adopt the Anypoint Platform across their organization- Drive cross-functional alignment, negotiate complex and strategic deals, and ensure a first class experience for customers- Engage Business and IT leaders to align Business Outcomes with an enterprise solution in their transformation initiatives- Build and foster relationships with senior executives in business and IT- Responsible for hiring, training, and leading a Customer Success team to leverage best practices in partnering with their customers
