As managing director of the modularization and construction management business unit, I am responsible for all organizational decisions, driving the direction of the business unit, supervising other executives, and overseeing growth plans internationally. I oversee projects throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia focused on construction of semiconductor fabs and other process pipe facilities.

I direct complex, large-scale heavy industrial construction projects while serving on the founding executive team to drive legal, contract, and business operations for this start-up construction firm. I oversee all aspects of project management and construction for large-scale, long lifecycle projects requiring global resources, involving multiple partners, and demanding a high level of technical expertise and management. I also own top-line financial performance and P&L management for multi-million-dollar projects while supporting new business acquisitions by liaising with clients across various industrial industries. I also source, assemble, and lead large teams of multi-discipline professionals while coordinating start-up and kick-off activities for contractors, vendors, and third-party companies. As the chief commercial director for the company, I mitigate risk by developing and executing complex contracts while navigating disputes, lawsuits, and resolution.

I managed a portfolio of concurrent multi-million-dollar projects spread across the country while developing best-in-class construction management methodologies across company projects and contracts. I drove contact administration, business operations, and personnel activities while driving the corporate contract strategy and project management philosophy for long-lead, multi-year lifecycle construction. I cultivated relationships with clients to maximize the value of the partnership, expand scopes, manage change orders, and negotiate continued contracts valued at millions of dollars. I also led a team of site managers and construction engineers overseeing 200+ person site teams, collaborating across the organization to ensure the continued success of projects.

I investigated construction disputes and prepared requests for equitable adjustment, certified claims, and mechanic’s lien claims while negotiating favorable outcomes for contractor clients.
