Proptek supplies the agriculture industry with the latest technology in propagation containers and trays. This technology allows the plant to maximize the root system of the plant so when it is transplanted into the ground and or a larger container it will excel in growth.

Will use over 34 years of management skills to help any company better their "bottom line". In today's economic struggles where all costs are being looked at very carefully it only makes sense to bring in a person for only a short time, address the job at hand, get the job done, and then move on. Whether it be budgeting, strategic planning, monitoring efficiencies, staffing for the future, or whatever the need, I am the person that can be of immediate help.

I was responsible for overseeing the Production side of over 600 acres of nursery growing / production. This acreage was located within 7 different nurseries (6 of which were located in California and one in Tyler, Texas). At our peak employment close to 1,000 workers were involved in the Production areas. Quite a challenge but always a good reward at the end of the day. I have always enjoyed working with people --- in fact my saying has always been "I grow people so they can in turn GROW the plants"!
