Working with several small startup companies, assisting them with developing business plans and identifying potential problems in their development.

Worked through 3 different attorney's offices to coordinate and assist in representing clients in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases from filing through discharge. Additionally participated in the Pro Se Assistance Project, which allowed us to help attorneys provide information and assist pro se debtors with their cases on a walk-in basis.

Hope & Grace Resource Depot is 501(c)(3) nonprofit aimed at directing donations to groups and mission teams who need them.In charge of the set-up and maintenance of the various legally required financial paperwork, accounts and general structuring, as well as volunteering with many of the mission groups associated.
